- 1 cup flax seed milk or other non-dairy milk
- 1 cup baby spinach and/or de-stemmed kale leaves
- 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped in quarters
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons of spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon of maca
- 1 scoop of Vega vanilla protein powder
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Yields one smoothie (two cups).
